I abhor the ‘poor me’ thing as much as anyone else, so this tickles me in an uncomfortable way…but I want you to know where the profits go when you buy from me.
There’s no influencers, no ‘industry events’ and no advertising agencies. It’s me on my farm, selling surprisingly good skincare.
And one of the reasons I ended up in this hot mess situation, is because I couldn’t come at the idea of wildlife being ‘pests’. So seeing them dig for water in my dried out dam broke my bloody heart.
There was rain forecast for the following week – so I only had a very small window of opportunity to get it dug out… I just didn’t have the cash.
But I didn’t ask for donations – I asked people to give my products a try.
And they did, you did – and I still cant explain how grateful I am.
One beautiful soul even tracked down the earthmover and paid a chunk of the invoice. And I can barely even type the words without my eyes prickling with tears.
It’s generosity I’ll never forget.
Farm Grown Skincare
Most of my customers were either introduced by sympathy (or my truly outstanding skincare tutorials) and are genuinely shocked at how well it works.
I grow it here, make it here and post it in weird little boxes with herbs and sheep wool.
You can see the range here.
