Directions:
Dab a few drops onto your skin and neck – (no need for fancy wipes or sponges – finger pressing perfect). Let it sink in for a little minny.
Follow with a quick slick of Pash & Dash Passionflower Face Food.
Packaging:
Your serum will arrive packaged in a cute little ‘ugg’ boot made from my sheeps fleece & a muslin bag. Please don’t chuck it in your regular ol’ landfill bin. The wool makes great water-saving mulch or will break down quickly in your compost.

Cultivation & Harvest:
Willow Bark
Willow bark has been used for centuries for medicinal purposes, in addition – it’s great for securing waterways and it’s a VERY handy fodder tree for times of drought.
Interestingly, when I feed it to my horses – they gobble up the leaves but I always come back to chewed bark too, so I reckon they know there’s something special in there.
Chickweed
Chickweed (Stellaria media) is a gentle, humble little herb.
A common “weed” – chickweed is actually a treasure trove of skin-loving compounds. It’s traditionally considered cooling and moisturizing, making it excellent for inflamed or dry skin.
I harvest the aerial parts when they’re young tender little things and if you’re brewing up your own the best time to harvest is before flowering (science says that’s the prime time to capture the highest concentration of active compounds).
I then do a double extraction with the fresh leaves. Which basically means extracting the leaves, straining and then adding a whole new batch of fresh leaves to the strained solution.
Aloe Leaf Gel
Just a heads up, most Aloe Gel is made from shitty powder aloe powder and water. I use 100% good stuff, the gooey goodness that’s harvested from the leaves of mature aloe plants. I dont grow this myself but source it from organic certified, Australian farms.
Preservative
Even though this serum is made from natural products, these botanical extracts contain water-based components which can result in product spoilage over time. To keep the serum shelf stable, I use a safe and effective broad-spectrum preservative for use in cosmetic and personal care products.
Please note, some natural changes will occur as the plant compounds continue to extract. This is an aesthetic change only and will not diminish the effectiveness of the serum.

I’ve been using Willow Brillo for a few months now, twice a week or thereabouts and love it. This morning I woke feeling a bit clogged up, so I splashed some of the serum on my face followed by the Pash & Dash (as I was planning on a heavy sesh with the horses and needed extra goop to keep my aging face hydrated). I came inside a couple of hours later, suitably beetrooted, rinsed my red, sweaty face a few times under cold water and dried it off with a white towel. Should have used the brown towel…
The gunk left behind was a shock, even to grotty old me, but geez my skin was smooth and vibrant, pores unclogged and another towel was ready for the wash…
It has always given fab results but wth the heat and my sweat added, it’s erased the whole layer of dead skin and filth in one fell swoop. Bloody amazing !!!
