Sagebrush Bath Oil
Is there a better way to slow down than with a soak in the bath?
I think not…
This oil turns it into something deliberate — botanical, grounding, with sagebrush, lavender and vetiver reminding you to rest.
A rich, concentrated blend requiring just a capful (or two) in a full, steamy bath.
Grounding Foot Balm
Your feet are your literal connection to the ground.
They also take an extraordinary amount of punishment and receive almost no attention in Winter. This balm is for sometimes forgotten, overworked feet. It gives the slightly confusing heating/cooling (think mild tiger balm) as a sensory reminder of your connection to the earth.
Apply day or night.
Garden Spice Solid Perfume
Botanical without being floral – Spicy, not sickly.
Cinnamon, sandalwood, and vetiver — the same vetiver I planted on this property this week. It smells like autumn turned into something you can wear.
Apply with your fingertip to pulse points. It wears close to the skin and develops as the day does.
Moisturising Balm
Either ‘Glow Getter’ moisturising balm or Serenity Now – depending what’s available.
Use it on your face, your hands, your elbows, wherever the season’s giving you grief.
Smoke Cleansing Stick
Dried herbs from the farm, bound together and meant to be burned.
The practice of smoke cleansing is older than recorded history — clearing a space, marking a transition, moving from one thing to the next with intention. This one is made from what grows here: herbs harvested by hand, dried slowly, bound without ceremony and with a great deal of it simultaneously.
Light one end. Let it smoulder. Walk the rooms or just sit with it. There is no wrong way to use this.
Flamecake Firelighter
Beeswax from the hives on this property with botanical material gathered here, pressed into something that starts a fire without chemicals, without petroleum, without anything that doesn’t belong in a hearth.
Light the fire. Sit next to it. Meditate.
The Slow & Grounded Bundle is about returning to the body and the season. There is no faster way to do that than a real fire made from real materials lit with something made on a real farm.

Just received my bundle in the mail. Haven’t tried all yet but I just wanted to jump on here and say that the Spice Garden solid perfume is divine and I can’t stop inhaling it… grounding and spicy.
